We’re on a mission to break down barriers to make affordable capital accessible to anyone from anywhere in the world.

We provide “impact” capital and development finance to developers and asset owners working in the middle market for renewables, clean energy, water, related cleantech, sustainable food systems, energy efficiency, conversion of biomass and waste, regenerative agriculture, real estate and other industries that deliver financial returns, social and/or environmental benefits.

In3’s Role

We are mandated representatives and advisors to private capital, mainly from Single Family Offices (SFOs), making it easier for developers to source and reliably close on capital for investments that have a positive social & environmental impact.

We also enable our private investors to find quality projects in their specific niche areas, presented in a standardized, easy-to-navigate format, upholding the highest international standards, streamlining qualification, due diligence, and contracting.

In3 Group offers multiple pathways to obtain the capital required for qualified projects, ventures and international trade transactions, from basic construction loans to complex, structured financings and finance facilities.
