Project Finance Templates and Quick Guides

In3 CAP — Completion Assurance Program™ — uses a standardized financial instrument as a guarantee of project completion and commissioning, but in an innovative way (what makes CAP funding different?).

This page will help you find the templates you need to get under contract for mid-market project funding of $25 million or more (see also In3Finance.com/RESOURCES).  Assuming your project fits one of our sectors, the first step is to identify a source of a guarantee, which is one of three types:

The proposed instrument is Step 3 in our 6-step pre-qualification process outlined here.  The action is to ask a bank if they would issue (SbLC/BG), endorse (AvPN) or confirm (SG) a qualified instrument, and if so, you would then discuss their terms for doing so.

Best to start with an SbLC/BG unless you have an SG available from the Ministry of Finance of a government that issues them.  Although the AvPN may cost less, the bank Aval is not as well understood, except in Europe and Asia.
